(GISI). Position OverviewSeeking an experienced construction MEP Superintendent to oversee elevator replacements in an active hosptial. This role is a construction managment role overseeing onsite construction, monitoring contractors and subcontractors coordination, and compliance across multiple contracts. Our client for this role is OGS.ResponsibilitiesProvide construction inspection for multi-trade (including MEP) contracts to ensure compliance with contract requirementsMonitor work and materials to maintain quality control across all phases of constructionCoordinate third-party code inspections (including MEP systems) and maintain required documentationCommunicate with the project team and support subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of workPerform inspections or coordinate inspectors to meet safety and regulatory requirementsMaintain daily reports documenting site activity, visitors, work performed, materials used, and issues encounteredIdentify and resolve field issues; coordinate and participate in project meetings as neededOversee site safety and securityReview contractor as-built drawings, including MEP systems, for accuracy and completenessQualifications6+ years large-scale construction experience (multi-phase projects) Experienced at planning, manpower tracking, and drawing coordination across all trades including Mechanical SystemsStrong communication and leadership skillsBluebeam/Submittal Exchange preferredWilling to work off-hours when needed (active hospital elevator replacement project)Institutional experience a plus. Liro-Hill Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
