We are committed to safety, efficiency, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our commercial roofing projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, field crews, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projectsReview contracts, drawings, specifications, and submittalsCoordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractorsTrack project schedules, budgets, and job costsConduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety complianceCommunicate with clients, vendors, and internal teamsHelp manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentationEnsure adherence to OSHA and company safety standardsQualifications13 years of experience in construction or commercial roofing (preferred)Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); project management software is a plusExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesValid drivers licensePreferred ExperienceCommercial xijylhu roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, built-up, modified bitumen)Experience with estimating or takeoffsFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar toolsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesCompany is an Equal Opportunity EmployerPM23PI31e58a9acd58-3631
