This leadership role blends clinical oversight, operational management, and team development to ensure high-quality ABA services and exceptional caregiver engagement.As an RCD, you'll guide Clinical Directors and BCBAs, support organizational growth, and maintain operational excellence. We value leaders who empower others, foster collaboration, and maintain clinician well-being, allowing you to focus on both regional outcomes and transformational care for families.Regional Leadership & OversightLead and support Clinical Directors across the region, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and consistent careMentor Clinical Directors to strengthen clinical judgment, leadership capabilities, and accountabilityIdentify and proactively address clinical and operational risks to maintain strong regional performanceClinical Quality & ComplianceEnsure high clinical standards through QA systems, audits, and data-driven decision-makingOversee the quality and integrity of assessments, treatment planning, and clinical outcomesUphold ethical, compassionate, and assent-based care aligned with the BACB Code of EthicsData, Metrics & Continuous ImprovementMonitor regional performance metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunitiesPartner with Clinical Directors to implement and sustain data-driven improvementsTraining & DevelopmentSupport onboarding and ongoing training for clinicians and clinical leadersPartner with training teams to ensure consistent, high-quality clinical development across the regionStrategy & Cross-Functional LeadershipLead and support company-wide clinical initiatives and system improvementsCollaborate with Operations, Training, and HR to align clinical and organizational goalsExternal PartnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with payors to support alignment, partnership, and long-term collaborationBillable ExpectationMaintain up to 15 billable hours per week, focused on QA, clinical oversight, and leadership (no direct caseload)What You BringMaster's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certificationMinimum 5 years of ABA experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple centers or teamsProven ability in clinical supervision, team leadership, and operational oversightStrong understanding of clinical documentation, compliance, and ethical standardsExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with caregivers and staffStrategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a solution-focused approachProficiency in clinical software and data management tools preferredSpanish-speaking a plusWhy Accel TherapiesAt Accel Therapies, we know that strong leadership drives exceptional outcomes.
