This role is responsible for the safe delivery, placement, and retrieval of waste and recycling carts while providing exceptional service to our residential customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver new trash and recycling carts to residential and commercial customersRetrieve, replace, or repair damaged carts as neededLoad and unload carts safely using proper lifting techniquesOperate company vehicles in a safe and professional mannerAccurately document deliveries, exchanges, and pickupsInteract courteously with customers and represent the company positivelyFollow all company safety policies and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work area and vehicleQualificationsValid driver's license (Non-CDL) with a clean driving recordAbility to safely lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and dependabilityGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and follow directionsPreferred Qualifications xijylhu Previous delivery, warehouse, or labor experienceKnowledge of local streets and neighborhoodsWork ScheduleFull-time positionDay shift, Monday-Friday (occasional overtime as needed)What We OfferCompetitive payStable, year-round employmentPaid trainingOpportunities for advancement within the companySupportive team environment focused on safety and respectPI39454416b3f5-3631
