This role requires a skilled craftsperson who can confidently price out work, handle client communications, manage additional work orders, and resolve on-site issues. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, problem solver, and communicator who takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.  Key Responsibilities:Project Execution & QualityComplete      carpentry tasks with precision, including framing, trim, siding, doors,      rot repair, and other scope itemsEnsure all work      meets company standards for safety, quality, and code complianceTroubleshoot      on-site issues and develop efficient solutionsEstimating & Work OrdersAccurately      price out small to medium-scope carpentry jobsIdentify and      document additional work needed once a project startsPrepare change      orders and get client approval before proceeding with extra workCollaborate      with project managers to align on scope, budget, and materialsClient CommunicationServe as the      on-site point of contact for clients during carpentry phasesMaintain clear,      respectful communication with clients about timelines, changes, and      updatesRepresent the      company with professionalism, integrity, and a focus on customer      satisfactionCrew Leadership & TrainingLead a small      crew of carpenters or helpers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring      progressTrain team      members on carpentry techniques, safety, and workmanshipMaintain a      positive and productive jobsite cultureEnsure proper      use of tools, equipment, and materials  Qualifications:Minimum 5+      years of hands-on carpentry experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership      role preferredStrong      knowledge of residential construction methods, xijylhu materials, and toolsAbility to      estimate time, labor, and materials for carpentry scopes of workSkilled in      reading blueprints, scopes, and technical drawingsExcellent      communication and interpersonal skillsStrong      problem-solving and organizational abilitiesValid driver's      license and reliable transportation required  Core Attributes:Accountable and      dependableCustomer-focused      with strong attention to detailLeadership-minded      and eager to train othersSafety-conscious      and proactiveGrowth-oriented      and open to feedback  Benefits:Competitive pay      based on experienceHealth      insurancePaid time off      and holidaysOpportunities      for advancement and continued trainingA supportive,      team-oriented company cultureCompensation details: 40-45 Hourly WagePI06cc577d2e53-3631
