Top Global Tech Company Seeking Social Production CoordinatorRemote (east or west coast preferred)We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Social Coordinator to manage the backend operations of social content production and publishing across multiple platforms. This role functions as a project manager within a fast-paced creative environment, supporting the delivery of hundreds of content pieces annually—from pitch through publication.The ideal candidate thrives in deadline-driven environments, has strong communication and project management skills, and understands the nuances of social media workflows. You’ll collaborate with account leads, social media managers, and producers to ensure content is finalized, reviewed, and published on time and in alignment with strategic goals.Responsibilities:Oversee daily production tasks including pre-production planning, shoot logistics, and post-production timelinesManage backend operations for social content publishing, including scheduling, metadata entry, and platform coordinationEnsure content is finalized and ready for publication at least one week in advance of scheduled postingCoordinate pitch processes and review cycles with account leads and social media managersTrack and manage contracts, licensing, releases, purchase orders, and payment workflowsMaintain editorial calendars and ensure data accuracy across platformsSupport transcription, translation, and media logisticsManage equipment inventory and rentalsArchive and QA final media assetsAssist with media operations and community workflowsSoon to take on direct publishing responsibilities across social platformsEnsure content aligns with strategic plans and has been properly vetted before releaseCollaborate with producers to ensure cross-training and coverage across projectsDelegate responsibilities based on individual experience and background while maintaining consistent functional expectationsQualifications:4+ years of production experience, ideally in social media or editorial videoProven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlinesExperience across formats including short-form, documentary, narrative, and branded contentFamiliarity with licensing, contracts, and legal coordinationStrong project management and communication skillsComfortable working with creative teams, editors, and animatorsProficient in social platforms, publishing tools, and project management softwareAble to uphold editorial standards and deliver high-quality content with limited resourcesPreferred Skills:Marketing communicationsProduction coordinationCross-functional collaborationPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
