This is a contracted role covering a paternity leave, guaranteed through the end of the yearwith a likely extension into February.Work Location & Schedule:Hybrid setup: Remote work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and FridayOn-site in Tempe, AZ on ThursdaysAbout the TeamThis team ensures catalog accuracy and operational excellence across multiple verticals such as retail, grocery, pets, and convenience. They manage vendor audit workflows, quality assurance, SLA tracking, and process consistency across offshore vendor networks.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain Tracker InfrastructureUpdate and validate master trackers for clean reportingSupport QA dashboards and data documentationVendor Coordination & Capacity TrackingMonitor vendor capacity and workload alignmentFlag SLA issues and coordinate around vendor holidaysCommunicate with vendor leads to ensure task consistencyQuality & Process ReportingPrepare weekly QA reports and manage feedback loopsTrack recurring issues and escalate to leadershipCross-Functional CollaborationShare insights during performance reviews and team syncsParticipate in discussions to improve documentation and processesQualifications1–2 years of experience in operations, data entry, analysis, or vendor coordinationStrong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, data cleaning)Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skillsExperience in fast-paced, process-driven environmentsFamiliarity with catalog or audit operations is a plusTrainingInitial training period of 2 weeks, with flexibility to extend as neededIf you're organized, data-savvy, and excited to support a dynamic operations team, we’d love to hear from you!Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
