Regulatory Compliance Project Specialist – 100% RemoteCategory: Regulatory Affairs | Location: Remote Type: Full-Time, Multi-Year ProjectJoin a High-Impact Wireless Compliance Team Supporting One of America’s Largest CarriersTEK GS is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Project Specialist to support Verizon’s wireless infrastructure projects. This is a multi-year initiative with significant growth potential—starting with a small team and expanding to include project managers and additional specialists in year two.If you have deep experience in FAA, FCC, NEPA, SHPO compliance, and EME/RFE analysis, this is your opportunity to work remotely on a high-visibility program that’s shaping the future of wireless connectivity.What You’ll DoPre-Construction Compliance:Conduct due diligence and manage FUZE SPM tasks for construction approval.Review and validate construction documents (1A/2C surveys, FAA filings, environmental assessments).Coordinate with sub-market teams to resolve discrepancies.Submit structure forms, initiate NEPA analysis, and manage AM station studies.Ensure regulatory compliance during 48-hour post-construction reviews.Post-Construction Compliance:Perform EME/RFE analysis using IXUS and Atoll tools.Review RFDS, field strength plots, and final drawings for accuracy.Propose mitigation strategies, signage, and trigger third-party studies as needed.Upload documentation to FUZE SPM and ensure in-service approval.Resubmit projects when design changes or expired approvals occur.Must-Have Skills✅ Wireless Regulatory Compliance – FAA, FCC, NEPA, SHPO✅ EME/RFE Analysis – RF calculations, mitigation planning✅ Atoll Experience – Running contours, checking lots✅ Detail-oriented with strong documentation and coordination skills✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environmentNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Fuze SPM systemFamiliarity with Slack for team communicationStrong due diligence and document validation skillsWhy Join Us??
