Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Preferred)Location: Pennsauken, NJWe are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the Plant Manager and Management Team in ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, employees, and customers, requiring professionalism and a commitment to representing our organizational values and culture. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace environment while supporting all plant employees with a consistent and positive experience.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist visitors; determine visit purpose and direct accordinglyMaintain accurate visitor records and ensure proper registrationNotify personnel of visitor arrivals and arrange escorts when neededProvide guest access credentials (internet passwords, user IDs)Conduct inspections of personal items for visitors and employees as requiredSupport management with calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparationServe as point of contact for service vendors and oversee service deliveryManage office and break room supplies, including ordering and distributionHandle incoming mail and coordinate express mail servicesCoordinate lunch orders and meeting/event logisticsManage uniform distribution and vendor communicationAssist with HR onboarding logistics and employee experience initiativesCreate and track purchase requisitions using TAP/SAPArrange travel accommodations for staffCoordinate customer visits in collaboration with the sales teamMaintain cleanliness and functionality of office areas and equipmentSupport employee engagement activities and recognition eventsUse good judgment and problem-solving skills for issue resolutionWork Environment:Manufacturing environment with an office setting. Occasional interaction with production personnel and visits to the production floor may be required.Schedule:Part-time to start: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMFull-time transition expected in the new yearQualifications:Previous administrative experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredFamiliarity with SAP/TAP systems a plusExperience in a manufacturing or distribution environment strongly preferredJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
