Required Skills: Valid RN license in good standing Strong knowledge of LTC/SNF protocols and regulations Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail Compassionate communication and bedside manner Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred At least 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF settings Other Requirements: Current CPR and BLS certification Background check and drug screening required Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Take the next step in your nursing career with a role that truly values your skills and dedication.
