You are responsible for creating an energetic, welcoming experience, driving membership growth, and supporting daily operations in the gym.Our Ideal CandidateYou are:Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable.Confident in sales or open to learning a simple sales process.A team player who thrives in a feedback culture.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Skilled in verbal communication, interpersonal interactions, and social media content capture.Comfortable with retail sales or eager to grow in this skillset.Committed to delivering exceptional member service during every camp.
