Future ownership opportunity is possible for someone who delivers business growth and demonstrates business and technical leadership.Required Qualifications-Professional Engineer (PE) license-Minimum 6 years of experience in structural design of wood frame construction-Working knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry design-Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD-Experience with structural analysis software (RISA, RAM Elements, or similar platforms)-Excellence in written and verbal communication-Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and projects independently-Strong understanding of applicable building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE 7, NDS, ACI, AISC)Preferred Qualifications-Structural Engineer (SE) license-Experience with mass timber design and construction-Proven track record in business development and client acquisition-Interest in building and leading a structural engineering team as the firm grows-Experience establishing technical standards, procedures, or quality control processes-Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineering talentRequired qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the United States
