Patient PopulationLaboring & postpartum patientsCouplets (mom & baby care first few hours)High-risk & critical OB patientsInductionsHypertensive crisisHemorrhage protocolStabilize & transfer (no twins/triplets)RN acts as newborn nurse during C-sections (no circulating)✅ Required CertificationsBLSACLSNRPSTABLEAWHONN Intermediate or Advanced⭐ Required ExperienceMinimum 2 years LDRP experienceStrong L&D background requiredMust have recent LDRP or postpartum experienceNewborn stabilization requiredComfortable managing laboring patients independentlyMust work autonomously (especially nights/weekends)Experience titrating drips required?
