Job Function: Day Shift. 7am-7:30pm. Develop appropriate behavioral objectives and content outline on a timely manner. Plan educational calendar according to the specific needs of the assigned areas. Utilize principles of adult teaching-learning process during classroom/clinical activities. Exercise appropriate audiovisual aides to enhance the learning process. Assist the Director of Nursing in maintaining current educational profiles for nursing staff. Job Requirements: BSN Required. Masters Preferred. Current RN license for the state that you are working in (or willingness to obtain). 3-5 years of acute care experience as an educator required. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
