Dozier's BBQ is looking for a line sever/meat cutter who has good knife skills and is comfortable in a fast pace kitchen. Duties of the meat cutter include but are not limited to: prepping brisket, ribs, chicken, and turkey for cooking process. Cutting different varieties of cooked meat (i.e. Brisket, chicken, sausage, ribs), operating the grill/flat top (specialty sandwiches, burgers, grill chicken), maintaining a clean work station/kitchen. This person will also have dual duties as a line server prepping sides and large batch recipes.
