What You’ll DoIn this role, you will support providers and customers by delivering clear, accurate, and friendly service. Daily responsibilities include:Answer inbound calls from providers regarding member eligibility and claim statusWork in a call center environment handling both inbound and outbound callsRespond to standard and complex inquiries about products, services, coverage, and policies via phone or emailResearch customer questions, follow up via email or outbound calls, and ensure complete resolutionsTroubleshoot basic website issues and guide customers through online toolsAssist customers with payments, billing questions, policy changes, coverage explanations, and rate changesProvide professional written or verbal responses using available resources and reference materialsRequest additional or missing information from customers when neededDocument all interactions and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessarySupport questions related to L&H or P&C insurance policiesWork a consistent, scheduled shift with reliability and flexibilityWhat You BringWe’re looking for team members who are:Experienced: 1+ year of customer service experienceEducated: High School Diploma or GED requiredStrong communicators who can simplify complex informationComfortable navigating computer systems and solving problemsPatient, professional, and confident in handling a variety of customer needs Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Urbandale, IA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.31 - $17.31/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
