Youll be in the field, meeting customers, supporting projects from discovery to completion, and becoming a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.If you enjoy being out in the field, collaborating with others, and building a strong foundation in sales and technical solutionsthis is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a company that truly invests in its people.What Youll Do:Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting in your regionParticipate in on-site customer visits and learn best practicesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities from customer visitsDevelop lasting relationships with customers, sales teams, and business partnersCollaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, Project Coordinators, Operations, and Subject Matter ExpertsAssist with customer site walkthroughs, evaluations, and data gatheringLearn how to collect detailed onsite requirements for projects, layouts, measurements, and applicationsSupport project execution by attending kick-off meetings and performing routine quality checksContinuously build product knowledge to confidently communicate solutions and benefits to customersMaintain an organized calendar and detailed notes from customer interactionsShare meeting outcomes and opportunities with internal teams promptlyRepresent DACO professionally and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environmentSkills & Abilities Were Looking ForStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage priorities independentlyWillingness to learn technical products and how to demonstrate themComfortable knowing when to escalate technical questions to senior team membersProblem-solver with logical thinking skillsConfident presentation and communication abilities (written & verbal)Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independentlyDetail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivatedWilling and able to travel for customer visits, training, and tradeshowsEducation & ExperienceAssociate degree or working toward Bachelors degree.
