Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Alarm Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial security and fire alarm systems. This role is strictly non‑residential, supporting offices, industrial facilities, retail, and institutional environments.Key Responsibilities:Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial intrusion and fire alarm systemsPerform inspections, testing, and maintenance in active commercial facilitiesDiagnose wiring, device, panel, and communication issuesConduct fire alarm testing in accordance with applicable codes and local requirementsDocument service work, deficiencies, and corrective actions accuratelyCommunicate professionally with customers, site contacts, and internal teamsFollow all safety, quality, and company proceduresQualifications:1+ year experience with commercial low‑voltage alarm systemsExperience servicing commercial fire alarm and security systemsAbility to read wiring diagrams, plans, and device layoutsFamiliarity with commercial jobsite environmentsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Rock, AR.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
