Core Responsibilities & DutiesSmoothie & Food Preparation: Preparing smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, and flatbreads according to recipes.Customer Service (Hospitality): Taking accurate, friendly orders on the POS system and delivering "amazing" service.Food Prep & Cleaning: Prepping ingredients, washing dishes, cleaning workstations, and taking out trash.Stocking & Maintenance: Restocking stations, refilling ice, and ensuring the caf is clean. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Previous food service experience is desired but not always mandatory.Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.Communication & Teamwork: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with the team.Reliability: Dependable, with reliable transportation.Availability: Flexible hours, often including mornings, days, or evenings.
