Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves picking and packing products using an RF scan gun in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day.Key Responsibilities:Pick and pack orders accurately using an RF scanning devicePrepare items for shipment and ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety guidelines and proceduresAssist with general warehouse duties as neededOccasionally operate a forklift (training provided if needed)Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for the entire shiftComfortable working in a warm warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyDependable with a positive attitude and good work ethicPrior warehouse or RF scanner experience is a plus, but not requiredPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 2550 lbs. as neededFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingTraining:We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
