This role is not for high school students due to availability of shifts.Education: Applicants must have graduated high school.Experience: Proven success in boutique retail (e.g., specialty foods, jewelry, fashion, designer soap, beauty, specialty honey, cookies, vitamins, bakery, or similar fields where product knowledge and upselling are key.)Dress Code: Business casual attire required; no graphics on clothing, no blue jeans, no visible tattoos, no facial jewelry beyond simple earrings.
