Driver Helpers are responsible for helping to offload merchandise at the time of delivery, adhering to all safety/security policies and cleaning the truck at the end of the route. This position interacts directly with our customers (and our customers' customers), so professionalism is critically important in both appearance and manner. A good driver helper is punctual, professional and responsible.What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization? The driver helper is a critical part of our delivery system ensuring a quick and easy delivery to each store. We have many customers on a route and it's vital that all of these deliveries are on schedule so we can maintain the trust and business of our customer base.
