We are seeking an outgoing and professional person to represent our brand at Farmer's Markets, festivals, and Sampling events.Responsibilities:In the Booth Attendant role you will :Set up and break down the vendor boothPromote mead in person, sharing product knowledgeCapture videos and photos for social mediaProvide excellent customer servicesample/serve mead at select events(Optional) Wear Ren-Faire garb to fit with the theme of the meaderyAs a brand ambassador, you will:Source and contact new client leadsSchedule and attend in person sampling meetingsMaster and extensive knowledge of our company and our products including production process, flavor profiles, and alcohol percentagesBuild and maintain relationships with our customersSchedule and host sampling events at stores that carry our productCoordinate and execute other promotional opportunitiesRequirements:Must be able to comfortably lift at least 20-30 lbs repeatedly.Must be 21 years or olderCustomer service or sales experience is a plusComfortable working outdoor events in varying weather conditionsMust have reliable transportation (We provide Milage reimbursement)Perks:Tasting bottles of mead provided (new flavors)Employee discount on mead and merchMilage reimbursementSnacksCompany T-shirt providedPaid Training (TABC certification/ Food Handlers)Ability to work alone and be self motivated is a must. Clear communication is appreciated. Customer service or sales experience is a plus. Theatre/acting experience is a plus. Hours would be mostly on weekends at various on location events ranging from Farmer's markets to Celtic Festivals.
