The ideal candidate is experienced across multiple trades, customer-facing, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general home repairs and maintenance: drywall repair, painting, carpentry, trim and door adjustments, flooring repairs, tile repair, minor plumbing and electrical work (within local code and license restrictions), caulking, and weatherproofing.Install fixtures and hardware: shelving, mirrors, lighting fixtures, window treatments, cabinet hardware, locks.Complete small remodeling tasks: backsplashes, laminate installation, bathroom fixture swaps, countertop repairs.Diagnose issues, provide accurate time and materials estimates, and recommend durable solutions.Maintain clean, safe work sites and ensure proper disposal of debris.Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners and office staff; follow company scheduling and documentation procedures.Keep tools well-maintained and stocked.Adhere to safety protocols, local building codes, and permit requirements.
