The Technician acts as the eyes, ears, and hands at the store locations for others who are offsite troubleshooting problems and generating resolutions. The Field Support Technician utilizes a ticketing system to acquire work assignments and create daily workload. The Technician requires the ability to self-manage one's own work assignments daily with little or no supervision. This position must be professional, courteous, respectful, and mature in all dealings, acting as representatives of the IT Department in the field.Responsibilities:Strong Customer-First focus dedicated to achieving optimal results with minimal disruption to the daily operations of the business.
