Our Audiologists are positioned to provide the utmost in patient–centered care, while receiving white- glove concierge support from our seasoned Audiologist provider support team, based in Framingham, Massachusetts.As an Audiologist with HealthDrive, we hand you a practice. From there, you will provide comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations, hearing aid evaluations, dispensing and adjustments of new hearing aids, to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities in a mobile fashion. As you partner with our team, you will guide us on your desired number of patients per day to maximize your income or achieve your perfect work/ life balance! Current opportunities in the greater Toledo, OH areas.Responsibilities:Role Overview & Responsibilities for Audiologists:Conduct comprehensive examinations, evaluations, and auditory consultationTraditional daily patient care will include comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid selections, and repairDispense and adjust new hearing aidsPerform cerumen management, where allowed by state professional regulationsComplete required patient and clinical documentation in our proprietary electronic medical record systemQualifications:Qualifications:Audiology background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management, and evaluation of hearing disordersAbility to work independently on a daily basisExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to use EMR, text, email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related softwareSelf-starter attitude with the desire to deliver quality, thoughtful, and attentive carePhysical Requirements for Audiologist:Ability to stand, to bend, and to liftAbility to transport mobile audiology equipment (maximum of 15 lbs.)May be occasionally required to transport patients in wheelchairsEducation & Qualifications:Masters or Doctorate Degree in AudiologyCurrent state professional licenseValid driver’s licenseTravel:This is a mobile position. Daily travel is based on the patient care requirements for the specified service area; your practice.
