Apply today and help us continue delivering exceptional care to those who need it most.We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Las Vegas, NV to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this role are:Weekdays or Weekends, 12 hour shifts on Days. Typically 7am - 7pm.Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.#INDLICResponsibilitiesWork with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar settingAssist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal careProvide companionship care and basic emotional or psychological supportAdhere to the patient’s established plan of careExecute the physician prescribed plan of care and maintain compliant documentation of care provided in the system of recordMonitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of careRemind patient of and administer medication as prescribedMaintain records and documentation of daily servicesCommunication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patientMinimum QualificationsCurrent CPR certificationCurrent First Aid certificationTB test & physical examinationAbility to monitor vital signsGood interpersonal skillsCaring and compassionate personalityHand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patientsAbility to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisionsPreferred Qualifications1+ years of experience working in a clinical or home health setting.1+ years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a clinical or home health settingKnowledge of medical terminology1+year of caregiving experience$1000 bonus for all successful hires after 90 days of successful employment with the company!*Payment terms and conditions may apply*To provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals.
