Join our Retirement Plan Services (RPS) team as a Compliance Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting compliance operations, client service delivery, and internal coordination. This detail-oriented position involves managing client communications, processing plan transactions, and partnering closely with the RPS Compliance Team to ensure smooth, accurate plan administration.The Compliance Assistant supports the Retirement Plan Services Compliance Team and their clients. The primary responsibility is to prepare and coordinate plan related services and tasks on their own or as directed. If you want to be part of a culture that is defined by strong values - Savant is right for you.The RPS Compliance Assistant can expect to focus in the following areas:Operate computer to perform a variety of tasks including populating and maintaining CRM information regarding clients.Facilitate, prepare & distribute client deliverables including annual disclosures and notices.Aid Compliance Team in annual census and questionnaire creation.Process employer contributions and other corrective transactions in the recordkeeping system.Process distributions and loans.Provide payroll support and guidance.Assist with website related questions and issues.Save year end reports to client folder, populate RMD WIP and prepare participant memos.Execute call plan tasks related to servicing qualified retirement plans.Upload files, forms, and other collateral materials to the appropriate provider portals.Initiate participant enrollment communication & delivery procedure based on plan’s eligibility criteria.Complete maintenance of plan & participant records in the recordkeeping system, generating reports when requested.Provide backup support to the RPS Administrative Assistant role.Perform other duties as assigned.Maintain team approach by assisting and filling in for others.A couple things to note about our RPS Compliance Assistant position:This is a hybrid position with 3 days in our Rockford, IL office and 2 days from home once trained. We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $39,000 - $47,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
