When you join us as a Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You Will:Assist physician with diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures and interventional radiology procedures.Perform high quality radiologic, fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.Assist with pre-procedural set up, sterile field, scrub and circulating assistance during the procedure.Monitor patient's wellbeing during exams & procedures; recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action.Guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.Participate in projects and/or meetings, as well as complete other tasks as assigned by management.If You Are:Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:Valid and current State Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license requiredValid and current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) requiredProof of current Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
