*Job Title:**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) **Location:*Battle Creek, MI 49017*Shift Details:** *Shift:* Variable – Nights* *Hours:* 12-hour shifts* *Schedule:* 36 hours per week*Pay Range:*$40 – $45 per hour*Roles and Responsibilities ** Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision and per care plans.* Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervising staff.* Document patient information accurately and on time.* Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.* Support daily living activities and ensure resident comfort.* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.* Comply with facility protocols and Michigan nursing regulations.*Requirements:** Active LPN license (Michigan or compact state)* BLS/CPR certification* Previous experience in LTC or skilled nursing preferred* Comfortable working night shifts (12 hours)* Strong interpersonal and time-management skillsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 36 per weekWork Location: In person
