Where We Fly is an interactive route map that enables passengers to research routes and flights.*What You Will Do:** Manage software product implementation for our airline customers* Work with our customers to help them define product configuration requirements* Manage dates and scope of implementations* Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal engineering, QA, and configuration teams* Validate customer configuration on the rack/lab. Testing experience is a plus*Who You Are:** You are a self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment* You communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person* You’re comfortable discussing the technical architecture of our product, including the hardware it runs on* Can speak confidently about front-end and back-end technologies* You enjoy solving problems, asking questions, and digging into details to ensure a high-quality implementation* You’re collaborative, curious, and eager to learn from both customers and teammates* Experience working with Panasonic Avionics, Thales, Safran or other IFE vendors is a plus*This position is located in Orange County, CA.
