*Production Operator**Coral Spring, FL**Shifts: ** *1st Shift (Monday to Friday - 8 hours shift, open availability to work between 6am to 6pm)** *2nd Shift (Monday to Friday - 8 hours shift, open availability to work between 12:00pm – 3:00am)**Temp to Perm**Pay Range - $18- $23 Per Hour Depending on experience and Shift.**Job Overview:*As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing, labeling, and packaging of medical drug products. You will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance.*Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:** Maintain inventories of manufacturing supplies and laboratory consumables.* Place orders for required/requested materials and track shipments to ensure inventory requirements, manufacturing and/or project timelines are kept on track.* Receive and send shipments (Domestic and International), including raw materials, equipment, finished products and chemical waste and document inventory changes.* Dispense and reconciles raw materials for product manufacturing using current dispensing scales,* balances, isolators and other equipment.* Checks for accuracy of all materials delivered from the dispensing area as well as all in-process materials from the prior unit operation as per current SOPs.* Support manufacturing and R&D Operations activities as needed.* Maintain accurate records.* Participate in manufacturing team planning activities and support timelines and proactively contribute to meeting the team objectives.* Establish and maintain effective relationships with team members.* Conduct work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.* Follow cGMP, EH&S, and other relevant guidelines of The Company, FDA, DOT, OSHA and other governing bodies.*Qualifications/Experience:** *Computer literacy is required** High school diploma or GED equivalent.* Minimum of six months of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience within a production cGMP environment.* Knowledge of FDA cGMP, GDP, and SOPs.* Ability to read, interpret, and complete documentation in English.* Proficiency in basic math skills, including the ability to use different units of measure and calculate averages.* Ability to apply common sense and follow detailed instructions.* Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for at least 8 hours.* Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.* Exposure to varying temperatures (2°C to 25°C) and moving mechanical parts.* Potential exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic, and/or caustic chemicals (PPE Provided).* Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respirators, jumpsuits, eye, and hearing protection.* May require additional hours, including weekends, depending on operational needs.*ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
