*Contract Documentation Specialist / Administrator (Construction / ONSITE)*Our client, a leading Pacific Northwest utility provider dedicated to public service and environmental stewardship, is seeking a *Contract Documentation Specialist / Administrator* for their *Vancouver, Washington* location. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to Contracting Officers (COs) by drafting, reviewing, and preparing solicitations, contracts, task orders, and related documentation. You will conduct market research, coordinate with internal teams on statements of work and project timelines and communicate with external vendors regarding contract processes and requirements. Additionally, you will monitor contract performance, evaluate vendor services, and support timely delivery of goods, services, and construction projects that contribute to the organization’s Transmission Capital Programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient procurement operations and maintaining high standards of service and cost-effectiveness for the organization.*This position is a one-year renewable contract that includes employee benefits! **Pay Rate or Range*: $33.00/hr. - $36.00/hr.*Location: *Vancouver, WA. (ONSITE)*Key Responsibilities for Contract Documentation Specialist / Administrator:** _Draft, review, and edit contract documents, solicitations, task orders, and associated correspondence._* _Conduct market research, gather legal, company, and vendor information, and assist in preparing statements of work (SOWs)._* _Interface with internal teams and external vendors to clarify requirements, schedules, and procurement processes._* _Assist in preparing and issuing solicitation packages and track outstanding deliverables and contract close-out documentation._* _Perform cost and price analysis and provide recommendations to Contracting Officers._* _Coordinate project/program delivery schedules, identify potential obstacles, and escalate issues as appropriate._* _Support procurement planning, contract type identification, and risk assessment._* _Facilitate meetings with contractors, clients, and project teams; provide documentation and recommendations on contractor performance._* _Maintain accurate records in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and assist with data extraction for reporting or presentations._* _Schedule, prepare, and facilitate meetings and virtual events; prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes._* _Screen calls and visitors, handle correspondence, and coordinate appointments._* _Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and coordinating panels._* _Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare related documentation._* _Assist with time and attendance tracking, leave reconciliation, and verification for staff and contract personnel._* _Coordinate annual renewals and employee authorizations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures._*Requirements/Qualification for Contract Documentation Specialist / Administrator:** _Direct experience supporting Contracting Officers or procurement teams in drafting and managing solicitations, contracts, and task orders._* Experience conducting market research, cost/price analysis, and vendor evaluation.* Knowledge of Construction, Architectural, or Engineering procurement is highly desirable.*Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Supply and Logistics Management. *PLUS 2 years* of directly related Construction or Architectural Engineering procurement experience.* Without a Bachelor’s: Minimum 3 years of directly related experience *PLUS 24 semester hours* in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization/management.
