CNC Mill Operator/Set-Up – Night Shift Only – Bothell, WA.Fluke Metal Products’ principal focus is the manufacture of close tolerance, precision machined parts for the Medical Device and Implant, Electromechanical and Avionic Markets.Night Shift Position – M-TH 4:30 pm – 2:30 am – Overtime available on Fridays.We have 2 openings on nights.A successful applicant will have the following skills -- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings- Full understanding of GD&T and Basic Shop Math- Use of Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gages and Standard Measuring Equipment- Dexterity to handle small parts and ability to inspect some parts under microscope- Full understanding of M and G codes and ability to edit programs a plus- Ability to machine close tolerance and highly cosmetic partsDaily responsibilities include – Kitamura CNC Milling Center with Fanuc Controls - Vertical / Horizontal- Setting up Machine for first piece approval- Operating individual machine for one off to production- Adjust and replace tooling as needed- Manage in process quality at the machine level- Deburr and finish parts while in productionPlease visit for additional information or contact us at .
