Pressure Washing Technician Lead – Camden / Philadelphia / DelawareLocation: Camden, NJ (Daily Report) | Travel to Philadelphia, PA & DelawarePay Range: $22 – 30/hrSchedule: Full-time, Year-roundShift: Wednesday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (subject to change based on business needs)Department: Eastern Metal RecyclingWe are currently seeking a Pressure Washing Technician Lead to oversee and perform industrial pressure washing operations across multiple EMR locations. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical skills, experience using commercial-grade pressure washers, and the ability to lead a small field crew.The selected candidate will report to our Camden, NJ location daily before traveling to assigned job sites in the Camden, Philadelphia, and Delaware areas.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain Kärcher (Hotsy brand) hot pressure washers to clean heavy industrial equipmentLead, train, and support pressure washing team members across multiple job sitesPlan and coordinate daily schedules and routes for pressure washing crewsDrive and maneuver a truck towing a 20-foot trailer to and from job sitesConduct routine inspections and perform light maintenance or troubleshooting on pressure washing equipmentMonitor job quality and ensure compliance with cleaning and safety standardsEnforce proper use of PPE and adherence to company and site-specific safety protocolsMaintain accurate records of completed jobs, maintenance logs, and team assignmentsCommunicate job progress, staffing needs, and equipment issues to the Building ManagerPerform pressure washing tasks alongside the teamComplete other duties as assignedQualifications:Proven experience operating Kärcher (Hotsy brand) or similar industrial-grade pressure washersPrior leadership or supervisory experience in a field-based, labor-intensive environmentAbility to safely drive a truck and tow a 20-foot trailerStrong mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilitiesHigh attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and efficiencyStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift/move heavy equipmentMust be comfortable working at heights when required for equipment cleaningValid driver’s license requiredOther Requirements:Must report to Camden, NJ dailyComfortable working year-round in a physically demanding, fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel daily between EMR locations using company vehiclesMust be able to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry light to moderate loadsShould not be afraid of heights, as some cleaning work may involve ladders or elevated platformsFlexibility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules#LI-onsite
