Job Title

We are looking for a Shop Manager. This is a hands on position running the day to day operations and managing the shop floor. High level of Duct Fabrication experience required including CNC Programming. With this position, you will be responsible for the quality of all material and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The work is to take place in the fabrication shop and be completed on time to meet the customers deadline. This position will create, adhere and maintain a work culture of quality, accuracy and craftsmanship. This position will implement professional employee appearance, employee punctuality, employee education and work hours. This position is responsible for making sure the crew efficiently preforms the work according to shop standards, job specific drawings and specifications.
