We are looking for individuals that are hard working and want to grow with the company.Our work environment includes:* Growth Opportunities* Flexible Hours* Diversified Job Setting* On The Job Training* Stand on concrete for 8-10 hours* Regularly lift 50lbs.* Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.*Position Summary:*The Production Lead plays a vital role in the daily operations of our manufacturing floor, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and the production of high-quality goods. This position provides leadership and guidance to production team members, facilitates communication, and assists the Production Supervisor/Manager in achieving production targets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a commitment to safety, and a proven track record of leadership within a manufacturing setting.*Responsibilities:** Provide daily leadership and direction to assigned production team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.* Monitor workflow and ensure efficient operation of equipment.* Assist in training new employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards.* Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to Production Manager.* Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.* Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to quality control standards.* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments regarding production status, issues, and improvements.* Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains and communicate these to the Production Supervisor/Manager.* Assist the Production Supervisor/Manager in implementing production schedules and meeting production goals.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.* Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor/Manager.*Minimum Qualifications:** Must have a stable work history with at least two (2) years of continuous employment in a previous role.* Must be able to pass random drug testing as a condition of employment.* Minimum of two (2) years of managerial or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate teams.*Skills and Abilities:** Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.* Communicate effectively.* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Work independently and as part of a team.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.* Read and interpret work instructions and technical documents.* Motivate and coach team members.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* On-the-job training* Paid time off* Vision insuranceApplication Question(s):* Have you held a job for at least 2 years?Ability to Commute:* Hibbing, MN 55746 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Hibbing, MN 55746: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
