*Overview*We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.*Responsibilities*- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Take customer orders (food and drink) and process payments using a POS system- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Upsell drinks and promote specials to customers- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies*Experience*- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer preferences- Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately- Experience using a POS is a plus- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyJob Type: Full-timePay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hourShift:* 10 hour shiftAbility to Commute:* Sidney, MT 59270 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Sidney, MT 59270: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
