Join us!Excited to grow your career?As a Finishing Operator, you will play a key role in processing bulk materials and preparing them for shipment. This position offers hands-on experience with industrial equipment and the opportunity to cross-train in various areas of the plant.You will have the opportunity to:Operate roll straighteners and cut-to-length band saws to process cast materialsOperate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport material throughout the plant. Load and unload trucks as neededLoad and program the anneal and age heat treat ovens according to SOPsUse precise measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer) and document resultsSet up straighteners for cast material processingFollow detailed bundling and shipping instructions based on customer specificationsPerform minor maintenance tasks and assist with facility/equipment cleaningSupport other skilled or unskilled tasks as neededCross-train in other plant areas to support production needsPerform other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GED requiredProficiency in using measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometersWillingness to work flexible shifts, including coverage for vacations or production demandsAbility to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentationStrong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality standardsHPMaterion Corporation and its subsidiaries (the “Company”) is an equal employment opportunity employer.
