The role involves performing assembly and testing, supporting quality investigations, and ensuring compliance with Quality Standards and safety procedures. This is a hands-on position requiring collaboration with engineering, operations, and quality teams.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and promote a safe work environment and respond to hazardsMeet quality, efficiency, and safety standards consistentlyOperate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex production equipmentRead and interpret blueprints and schematics for calibration and assemblyApply working knowledge of test equipment within operationsReport non-conformances and complete documentation (NCEs, DHRs)Participate in root cause investigations and troubleshooting effortsExecute and sustain 5S practices within work areaComplete training requirements and maintain accurate training recordsConduct Oracle system transactions to support inventory and work ordersRetrieve documentation using Oracle and Agile PLM systemsMaintain punctual attendance and support overtime as neededPhysical Demands:Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching requiredLifting/moving products up to 40 lbs.Exposure to mechanical parts, vibration, noise, hazardous chemicals, high voltage electronics, and radiationAbility to work in clean room, controlled environments, or dark roomsSafety shoes with impact/compression protection requiredRequired Experience:0–1 years in a manufacturing or technician roleEducation: High School diploma/GED or Associate’s degreeExperience with Oracle ERP or Agile PLM is beneficialRequired Skills:Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive)Ability to follow detailed written proceduresStrong attention to detail and qualityEffective written and verbal communicationPreferred Skills:ERP/PLM systems familiarity (Oracle/Agile)Team-based problem-solving and continuous improvement participationAdditional Skills:Inventory transaction processingCalibration tasks with engineersTroubleshooting support for manufacturing processesBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client:Innovative medical technology company empowering healthier lives.
