This role serves as a liaison between business units and long-term storage vendors and ensures secure, organized, and accurate recordkeeping for both internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Receive and log incoming record boxes for storage and tracking.Serve as the primary liaison between business units and long-term record storage vendors.Maintain and organize departmental files, contracts, and documentation.Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PHI requests, PHIT database entry, and privacy-related auditing and monitoring.Support compliance initiatives, including tracking and verifying annual documentation and training completion.Review, process, and maintain requests for test orders and custom requisitions.Assist with departmental administrative requirements and projects.Create and upload documents to SharePoint and other data repositories.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.Perform additional administrative and compliance support tasks as assigned.Required Experience:1–3 years of administrative or records management experience in a regulated or healthcare environment.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage confidential data and maintain compliance with privacy policies.Education:High school diploma or equivalent – required.Associate degree in Business or Science – preferred.Required Skills:Records and data managementSharePoint document controlMicrosoft Office proficiencyPreferred Skills:Power BI reporting and Excel data analysisKnowledge of PHI, HIPAA, and privacy compliance processesFile organization and vendor coordinationAdditional Skills:Compliance tracking and documentation reviewCustomer service and communicationAuditing and PHIT database entryBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client:A leading provider of diagnostic information services, empowering healthier lives through advanced laboratory diagnostics.
