If you love coffee, enjoy interacting with people, and want to be part of a growing community, we’d love to hear from you!*Job Description*As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our coffee shop, responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and inviting space, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team to create a positive experience for every customer that walks through our doors.*Responsibilities*:* Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers.* Ensure every drink is crafted to perfection and delivered with a smile.* Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, wiping down counters, and ensuring health & safety standards are met.* Take customer orders, handle cash and POS transactions, and suggest menu items when appropriate.* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.* Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain a positive work environment.*Requirements*:* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.* A love for coffee and an eagerness to learn about coffee preparation techniques.* Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.* Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.* Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.*What We Offer*:* Competitive pay, including tips.* A fun, supportive team environment.* Employee discounts on coffee and pastries.* A chance to be part of an exciting new coffee destination in Boone!*How to Apply*If you’re enthusiastic about coffee and ready to be part of something special, apply today!
