Job Title

Great opportunity for cook interesting in flex schedules. Flex shifts are 5:00 am - 1:30 or 11:00 - 7:00. Every other weekend earns an additional $1.75/hr differential.Duties include:- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area.- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.Qualifications:- Love to cook for others and/or previous experience in the food industry as a cook or similar role.- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.- Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely.- Organization and time management skills.- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team in a fast-paced environment.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
