We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and focus on details and quality.We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC milling machines, interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, and working collaboratively to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, a commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to improving processes that increase productivity and reduce costs. Candidates will have experience with machines similar to: Sabre PRO 404 (our current machine), FoxAlien Masuter Pro, Sainsmart 4040 Pro*Responsibilities** Set up and operate 3-axis CNC milling machines in accordance with engineering specifications with the ability to perform a wide variety of machining operations* Interpret AutoCAD drawings, blueprints, route sheets, and technical documents to determine machining operations* Make necessary machine adjustments or tool changes to maintain quality and efficiency for detailed and precision parts* Inspect parts for accuracy and quality in accordance with our company’s quality expectations, product specifications and documentation* Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines for quality control* Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as needed.* Conduct assembly tasks as needed, utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively* Perform other fabrication shop duties as required*Requirements** 3-5 years of machining experience, with experience to include programming for 3-axis milling alongside AutoCAD programming* Strong ability to read AutoCAD drawings, blueprints, route sheets, and technical documents* Ability to learn and use job-specific software and knowledge of machine shop mathematics* Forklift certification a plus* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Health insurance* Paid time offExperience:* CNC programming: 2 years (Required)* CNC milling machine: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:* Forklift Certification (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Naples, FL 34104 (Required)Work Location: In person
