*Job Overview*We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and machining, with the ability to work with various materials and precision measuring instruments. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the capability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.*Duties** Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components.* Program CNC machines using Haas controls and CAM programming software.* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.* Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure product quality.* Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machinery and tooling to ensure optimal performance.* Collaborate with team members in a manufacturing environment to improve processes and efficiencies.* Assist in assembly operations as needed, utilizing hand tools and power tools for various tasks.* Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.*Qualifications** Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role within a manufacturing setting.* Proficient in CNC programming, CAD software (SolidWorks), and CAM programming techniques.* Strong understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes.* Familiarity with plastics injection molding is a plus.* Ability to perform basic math calculations related to machining tasks.* Experience with welding is advantageous but not mandatory.* Knowledge of tooling, hand tools, forklift operation, and lean manufacturing practices is preferred.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 50 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceExperience:* CNC milling machine: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
