*** Security Clearance Required: A Final Top Secret Clearance***This position does not provide a telework option. Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Patuxent River, MD.CRL provides a signing bonus and potential relocation assistance for this position.Primary Responsibilities:Provide lead program analyst support to the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in the areas of program management and operations, documentation development, and data management.CRL contract project lead responsible for oversight, management and execution of contract support services.Task Performed:Demonstrated Knowledge:Draft/review/edit program Acquisition Strategies/Plans, statements of work, program spend plans, monitor contract periods of performance and track CPAR due dates.Draft office contract correspondence and assign correspondence tracking numbers to all outgoing office correspondence.Process and track all incoming CDRLS, draft route sheets, draft response letters, route to appropriate reviewers, prepare final letter and route to GPM for signature.Work with base facilities personnel to ensure continuous availability of building, IT and phone services.Prepare, review and route executive level documents at the Service level for Service and Secretariat level action and decisions.Preparing SOWs for technical and administrative contractor support.Track program action items, develop metrics, develop and track risk mitigation plans, and develop and track plans of actions and milestonesRequired Education: Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or management field or equivalent experience.Required Experience:Candidate must have at least four (4) years of program management support with aircraft, weapons, and/or Navy/Marine program office operations.Candidate must have knowledge and capability in developing DoD systems acquisition requirements, documentation development, financial and/or technical requirementsCandidate must have two (2) years of current experience analyzing and preparing acquisition documentation.Candidate must have two (2) years of current experience preparing project budgets.Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: Experience can be substituted for education.Security Clearance Required: A Final Top Secret ClearanceEstimated Travel: 5%Location: On-site Patuxent River, MD.
