*Job Overview*We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. The CNC Programmer will play a crucial role in ensuring that production processes are efficient, accurate, and adhere to industry standards.*Duties** Develop and optimize CNC programs based on engineering specifications and blueprints.* Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure product quality.* Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.* Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot programming issues and improve production efficiency.* Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow and reduce waste.* Conduct regular maintenance checks on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.* Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles in programming to maintain high-quality standards.*Experience** Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various CNC machines.* Proficiency in blueprint reading, math skills, and the use of precision measuring instruments.* Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques is preferred.* Experience with GD&T is highly desirable.We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about precision machining and continuous improvement to apply for this exciting opportunity.
