We take pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and our professional reputation.*We are looking for a skilled Manual and CNC Machinist to join our growing team. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and take pride in producing precision parts, we want to hear from you.*Key Responsibilities*Set up, operate, and maintain manual lathes, mills, and grindersProgram, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work ordersSelect and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work holding devicesPerform inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards throughout the machining processTroubleshoot and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure accuracyFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work areaCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines*Qualifications*3+ years of experience as a machinist (manual and CNC) preferredProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawingsStrong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materialsExperience with G-code programming and CNC controlsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalent (trade school or apprenticeship preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceShift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Bloomfield, NM 87413 (Required)Work Location: In person
