Whether you’re experienced or just beginning your career in manufacturing, we provide training to help you succeed. This role is central to producing ergonomic steel and aluminum office furniture. Full-time is preferred, but part-time opportunities may be available for candidates with the right skills.*Job Duties*With our wide range of ergonomic products and manufacturing processes, your work will be varied and engaging. Responsibilities may include:* Setup and operation of CNC press brakes* MIG welding* Other light metal manufacturing tasks using CNC laser, spot welder, punch press, and hand/power tools* Maintaining accurate work order documentation* Assisting with production duties in other work cells as needed*Qualifications** Ability to read and interpret tape measurements and decimals (standard and metric)* Competence with basic math (addition, subtraction, decimals, fractions)* Blueprint reading skills* Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly, and up to 100 lbs. occasionally* Reliable, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment* Previous metal fabrication or related experience is beneficial, but *training is provided**Compensation & Benefits** Starting wage based on skills and experience* Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance* Paid Time Off (PTO)* Holiday Pay* Retirement Plan with Company Match* Tuition Reimbursement & Professional Development Opportunities* Signing Bonus* Attendance BonusJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Health savings account* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
