This role manages property operations, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and reporting, while maintaining compliance with company policies and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all operational and financial activities for an assigned portfolio of 8 retail and flex office properties.Maintain regular communication with tenants and vendors, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.Collaborate with on-site mobile engineers to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections.Prepare monthly financial reports including variance and budget commentary for property owners.Manage accounts receivable (AR) by monitoring rent collections and issuing default notices when required.Utilize Yardi and P2P systems for processing contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.Work with vendors to obtain bids and proposals and ensure cost-effective service delivery.Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management to align with company goals and client expectations.Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations governing property management.Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships to ensure smooth daily operations.Collaborate within a team of five property managers to promote process consistency and portfolio performance.Required Experience:5+ years of property management experience (commercial, retail, or office).Proven ability to manage operational budgets, expenses, and financial reports.Strong experience working with vendors, engineers, and tenants in a collaborative environment.Demonstrated success in budget variance analysis, AR follow-up, and financial reporting.Required Education & Certifications:High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.CPM, RPA, or related property management certification is a plus.Required Skills:Property Operations ManagementTenant Relations & Vendor CoordinationFinancial Reporting & Variance AnalysisPreferred Skills:Yardi Property Management SoftwareMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency preferred)Contract & Invoice Processing (P2P System)Budgeting & ForecastingCommunication & Time ManagementAdditional Skills:Retail and Office Property ExperienceLeadership & Team CollaborationAttention to Detail & Organizational SkillsShift/Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client:Leading global commercial real estate services and investments provider.
